In a tropical country like the Philippines, the heat is sometimes unbearable. For a Lupus patient like me, the sun is one of our worst enemies because too much exposure from it can lead into a flare. I usually just stay indoor and lock myself in my air-conditioned room but that is not always the case. I also need to go to work and have you tried driving your car in the middle of the day and the heat is just too much! Even the air condition just can’t do the trick in cooling down your car, it’s a good thing I have a car fan that improved the ventilation inside my car to help blows out the hot air from a parked car. Say goodbye to sweaty afternoons and stay cool.
